As a company with a special responsibility for our environment, among our goals defined within the framework of our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, the following can be highlighted:

• reduction of hazardous waste, environmental impact: the development of oily wash water evaporation has greatly reduced the amount of oily wash water;
• protection of natural resources: some of the sand used in production is taken over from us by a partner foundry as a by-product, thus reducing the amount of sand waste waiting to be treated;
• energy consumption reduction: by process optimization, adjusting the number of operating furnaces to the current speed of the forming line, a reduction in electricity consumption was achieved;
• energy saving: at the plant, we started installing high-intensity led hall lighting lamps

In addition, we are constantly striving to reduce the waste generated, and the collection and treatment of selectively collected waste is performed by specialized companies at our company. An important part of our environmental policy is the environmentally conscious work of our employees, and our basic and most important goal is to fully comply with the IPPC (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) permit. The tasks of our organizational units are set out in our environmental manual, which is known and available to all our employees. Our most important environmental policy is prevention and the continuous reduction of its impact on the environment.
